Designed for a young family of four, this single-family home blends industrial edge with midcentury warmth and transitional flow. The client envisioned a space that felt raw yet refined—where exposed materials, mixed metals, and clean architectural lines meet comfort and functionality.
We anchored the design with a palette of black, brass, and gold, layered with tactile textures and softened by carefully selected accents. Raw concrete-inspired surfaces and steel details nod to industrial roots, while sleek silhouettes and curated furnishings bring in a modern, midcentury sensibility.
The result is a home that feels intentional and grounded—striking in its contrasts yet effortlessly livable. A seamless fusion of structure and softness, built for real family life.
Hollywood Glam
This bold, high-contrast single-family home was designed for a young, modern family who craved sophistication without the clutter. With a love for entertaining and hosting out-of-town family, the space needed to feel both elevated and inviting.
We layered dramatic charcoal grays and creamy whites with warm gold accents and globally inspired textures, creating a rich, luxurious palette that still feels livable. Drawing from Hollywood Regency’s flair for glam and drama, we infused each space with statement lighting, bold silhouettes, and luxe materials—while grounding the overall design in the clean lines and practicality of transitional style.
The result? A home that’s equal parts showpiece and sanctuary—eye-catching yet comfortable, refined yet completely family-ready.
Orlando Vacation Townhome
Designed as a high-end vacation rental for out-of-town guests, this Orlando townhome delivers a calm, elevated experience through its neutral, tone-on-tone palette and soft transitional styling.
The investors sought a clean, modern aesthetic with just enough warmth to make the space feel inviting—not sterile. We achieved this by layering natural textures, soft neutrals, and chrome accents to create a monochromatic look that feels both sophisticated and fresh.
From creamy whites and soft taupes to subtle grays and organic materials, each room is thoughtfully styled to feel serene yet stylish.
